Very satisfied- no problems and purchase and delivery went very smoothly

Clearly explained the purchase process. Very thorough with the handover on delivery. However, slightly disappointed to find on handover the Countryman 1.5 MHEV model we purchased has reduced boot space compared to the model shown in the showroom.

I was very satisfied with the experience. When the car arrived from the factory there was a fault with the reverse camera however Ben made sure I was informed prior to handover and was quick to get the car booked in to have the issue resolved.

I dropped my car off because it had been recalled for an adjustment on the windscreen wiper harness. I initially went to the BMW part of the site as this is where I have usually given my keys in. I was told to go to the Mini side, which I did.

Only 3 stars. I had to chase up when my car would be ready. I was told that there was no record of my car even being in the garage. Waited 30 mins for someone to get back to me so I called back then had to wait another 30 mins for a call back.

My car needed urgent attention to fix an issue with the window washers and Williams in Stockport were able to book my car in and sort out the problem within a day. Excellent service.
