The level of support i have received from my main contact (Jake) has been excellent. Jake has shown infinite patience and professionalism with an excellent understanding of my needs in relation to the car i ordered. He is a credit to Williams & Mini.

We went in to look and bought the car within 30 mins. Efficient pick up and great communication during the period of buying and collecting. I had a couple of questions regarding my private plate and insurance and all was dealt with quickly.

On first ringing and asking to speak to someone in service about booking in the recall visit, i was told they were busy and theyd call me back. Over 3 hours passed still no call so called again and no one knew? Wasn't impressed. On the day, was good

some confusion about process is car failed MOT and whether or not I had time to remedy rather than not being able to drive away at all it passed however clarity on the potential process would have helped earlier although ultimately not neccesary
